Payment

After order is confirmed customer will receive an invoice. Order will be handled only after invoice is paid in full by the customer.

Delivery

All the products are available for pick-up from Inkustraße 17, 3400 Klosterneuburg, Austria for free.
Door-to-door and door-to-parcel-locker deliveries are available using UPS, DPD, DHL, and other courier services. All the delivery prices are calculated on request.

Products

All the products prices include 20% VAT, except if you are an export business customer, then prices are without VAT. The warranty period varies from product to product and all products sold are subject to statutory liability for defects.

Terms of delivery and ways

For products that are in stock, the normal delivery time is about 3-4 working days from the order (based on specified lead-time in case of goods not in stock) to delivery address chosen by the customer. Shipping costs will be added to the order. It is also possible to pick up the order free of charge from the offices. The delivery comes with an order confirmation, which serves as proof of your purchase and as a possible warranty certificate. For costs related to deliveries that have not been picked up without a cancellation notice, we will charge a fee of 15 euros.

Confirmation of order

We will deliver an order confirmation for all orders either by e-mail, if the e-mail address is provided in connection with the order, or with the parcel.

Complaints

All complaints related to the order, product or delivery are requested to be sent within five (5) days of receiving the order to the following address: bestservice.original@gmail.com If the delivered product is damaged, you can file a defect report on the product and leave the damaged product in the so-called "defective product" as a customer return to the post office.
